Journey of Faith, Purpose, and Leadership
Akindele Tobiloba Emmanuel, born on June 12th, 1988, to Mr. Akindele Oyebamiji and Mrs. Oluwatoyin Akindele, is a man whose journey has been marked by resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to service. Growing up as the second son in his family, his life took a significant turn at the age of 13 with the loss of his mother. Despite this early hardship, Akindele remained resolute, drawing strength from his father, a Chartered Accountant, and his mother, a dedicated teacher.
Akindele’s educational journey began at Toyce Private School, where he laid the foundation for his academic pursuit. He furthered his studies at Anwar Ul Islam Grammar School, graduating in 2006. Motivated by a passion for knowledge, Akindele pursued computer skills training between 2006 and 2008, earning certification. His desire for continuous self-improvement led him to a career in teaching, and in 2010, he applied for a pre-degree program at the University of Abeokuta, Funaab.
Although setbacks, such as not meeting the required JAMB Exam score in 2010, led to a brief period of discouragement, Akindele remained steadfast in his belief that God had a plan for him. His spiritual journey strengthened during this time as he became an active member of the Mountains of Fire Ministries students campus fellowship, where he becomes part of the prayer warrior band. This played a crucial role in his personal growth, helping him to face challenges with unwavering faith.
In 2011, Akindele re-applied for the National Diploma program at the University of Abeokuta and completed his course successfully. His academic pursuits continued as he pursued Agricultural Economics and Extension Management at the National Open University, completing the program in 2017.
Tragedy struck in 2017 with the loss of his father, but Akindele’s faith remained strong. During this difficult time, he worked as a sales boy in a local kitchen, learning valuable lessons in resilience and resourcefulness. In the face of challenges, he continued to care for his younger siblings and eventually secured a position as a secondary school teacher, where he taught five subjects despite the low salary.
His commitment to his family and his work never wavered.
At 28, Akindele married his beautiful wife, Febisola Motunrayo, a native of Ekiti State. Together, they have two children: Iremide Toluwalase Akindele (a boy) and Iretomiwa Michelle Akindele (a girl). Their union marked a new chapter in Akindele’s life, and he continued to build his spiritual life as a member of Possibility Assembly Church under the mentorship of Prophet Toluwalase Benjamin Fasola. His years of service in the church, including his role as an assistant to Prophet Fasola, laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
In obedience to God’s calling, Akindele started his own ministry, Heritage Word and Prayer Ministry, and began offering spiritual guidance to others. His dedication to serving others led him to work alongside various ministries, including Apostle Boyette Michelle’s ministry in the United States. Through this work, Akindele became involved in global ministry efforts, helping to spread God’s word and supporting communities worldwide.
Akindele’s ministry continued to expand as he took on significant roles with Dr. Roosevelt Murphy Jr. of Apostle Murphy International Global Ministries, where he served as senior media personnel and later as the General Overseer. His leadership and dedication to the work of God became more evident as he gained recognition and certifications for his contributions.
In addition, Akindele formed strong relationships with other spiritual leaders, including Apostle Dahniella Watkins, founder of Truth Seekers Global Network Ministries. As the Director for Ministry Affairs and an Ambassador for the Global Warrior Prayer Team, Akindele has supported various prayer and healing initiatives, witnessing countless testimonies of transformation and healing.
Today, Akindele is an influential leader, minister, and father. His journey has been a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and divine purpose. Through his work, he continues to inspire and uplift those around him, all while staying true to his mission of spreading God’s love and serving others selflessly.
All glory belongs to God. Hallelujah.
