Pastor Annie, ordained by the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) in 1991, served with unwavering commitment until her passing in 2014. Apostle Dr. Watkins is a mother of three, balancing her family responsibilities with a passionate commitment to ministry, education, and service. With an academic background that strengthens her leadership and teaching, Apostle Watkins holds the following degrees:
